Private AI

AI that runs on your own infrastructure.

Private AI means getting the benefit of AI without handing your company's data to a public chatbot. I tell founders not to paste company data into ChatGPT for plain reasons: you lose control of retention and who can see it, client data under NDA should never leave systems you control, a general chatbot does not know your numbers and will guess confidently, and there is no record of what was shared.

What I build instead runs on data the business owns. At Vimal Electric Corporation, an internal AI tool answers retailer history questions that used to need whoever knew the account, and I had to limit some information to certain people after launch. For myself, a WhatsApp message every morning lists the emails that need action. These posts cover what that takes, and where it gets hard.

Working together

Got something like this to automate?

I take on a small number of builds at a time, as ongoing engagements with a defined scope rather than one-off tasks. If you have a process that is costing your team real hours every week, tell me what it is and I will tell you straight whether it is worth automating.
